Thank you got your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return your item to us for within 14 days for a full refund or exchange. We understand that sometimes it takes a little while for the items to get to us, so we will have a grace period from the 14 day return policy.

Returns
All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of purchase date. All returned items must be in moderately used condition and 80% of the product still in the container., with all original bags and labels .
Return Process
To return an item, please email customer service at moongladeco.com to obtain Return Merchandise Authorization number if you did not receive one with your original purchase. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

You may also use the prepaid shipping label enclosed with your package. Use the above method also is you want to expedite your own shipping, though you may have to pay out of pocket at whichever facility you decide to use. Any other normal return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us. Please drop on the package at you local FedEx or UPS.
Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 10 business days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Shipping Fees
We offer shipping at the following rates

Standard: 7-10 business days
Expressed: 3-5 business days

All times and dates given for delivery of products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery. The deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our terms.

If you want to expedite the shipping, you have to pay out of pocket. If you use our standard and expressed shipping methods you will use the normal pricing method.

How is my subscription fulfilled?
If you are signed up for our subscription, then we will deliver your packaging on the 5th of month.

Do you deliver on Internationally?
We offer worldwide shipping. Free shipping is not valid on international orders.
